About this role

Gathering and analyzing requirements with HR and business areas;
Configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, etc.);
Implementing and maintaining people management processes using the SuccessFactors platform;
Providing technical and functional support to users and involved teams;
Training and upskilling end users and key users;
Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with legacy systems and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP HCM);
Monitoring and tracking continuous improvements in implemented solutions;
Keeping up with platform updates and new features of SuccessFactors.

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects, especially HCM modules (PY/PA
payroll and benefits configuration);
Knowledge of Human Resources processes (understanding payroll and benefits, their configurations, and best practices);
Experience translating business needs into technical configurations;
Knowledge of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other SAP systems or third-party systems;
SAP SuccessFactors certifications;
Experience with agile methodologies.
