Work in partnership with business leaders, understanding operations, objectives and challenges to provide strategic people-management support.
Support and guide managers in conducting 1:1 meetings, delivering structured feedback, career planning, and the creation/monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Lead and support performance evaluation cycles.
Participate in recruitment and selection processes, collaborating on definition of role profiles, required competencies and cultural fit.
Support hiring decisions together with leadership.
Conduct and improve onboarding processes.
Develop and track people-management metrics.
Support projects related to HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Development, employee engagement/climate, succession, among others).
Perform behavioral profile analyses and support development actions.
Strengthen relationships with employees, fostering an environment of trust, active listening and open communication.
Requirements
Reside in Joinville – SC (hybrid model, 3 days on-site).
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
Experience in Human Resources, preferably in technology companies.
Practical experience in Recruitment & Selection and Organizational Development.
Experience with performance evaluations, IDPs, structured feedback and onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to influence, negotiate and build relationships across different organizational levels.
Proactive, empathetic, organized and strategic-minded.
