Lead customer acquisition strategy with a focus on performance and scalable growth, managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, referral) and organic channels (SEO, content, UGC, partnerships).
Manage digital media spend with a performance focus.
Drive SEO and organic growth strategy, content strategy, influencer programs, backlink strategy and technical site/blog performance.
Generate, test and validate growth hypotheses based on data and agile methodologies (A/B testing, multivariate testing and funnel journey analysis).
Manage and optimize the full acquisition and conversion funnel, analyzing CAC, LTV and cohort analysis by channel.
Define and monitor strategic KPIs, presenting insights and optimization plans to the executive team.
Use automation tools such as HubSpot for acquisition, segmentation, lead scoring and conversion journeys.
Develop go-to-market strategies for expansion into new cities based on market data, behavioral clusters and local customer acquisition costs.
Extract and analyze data using Excel, Metabase and SQL to generate actionable insights, monitor the full funnel and present results to leadership.
Collaborate with product, sales, data and city/local operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging, channels, metrics and processes.
Foster a growth culture within the company: continuous experimentation, data-driven decision making and fast learning cycles.
Manage and develop the growth marketing team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or other quantitative/related fields.
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth or acquisition, preferably in startups, scale-ups, fintechs or technology companies.
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting and full-funnel campaigns.
