Monitor, control and analyze OPEX and CAPEX budgets, ensuring adherence to the approved financial plan;
Monitor financial execution, analyzing variances between planned, committed and realized amounts;
Track and analyze project performance indicators (KPIs), such as physical progress, cost, schedule and forecast;
Consolidate information from different projects to prepare management reports and dashboards;
Support forecast, replanning and budget revision processes, focusing on the sustainability and predictability of OPEX and CAPEX;
Identify and report cost, schedule or scope deviations, supporting root-cause analyses and action plans;
Manage control of scope changes that impact project budgets and schedules;
Ensure quality, consistency and up-to-date data in corporate systems;
Interact with partner areas responsible for project execution;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning and control processes, KPIs and tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Experience in financial planning, budget control, OPEX and CAPEX;
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, budget revisions and financial analyses;
Knowledge of performance indicators and cost analysis;
Advanced Excel;
Experience in high OPEX environments (retail, administrative operations, services);
Experience in financial management of projects.
