Requirements
Have 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment.
Have a proven track record of exceeding targets, with the data to back it up.
Bring a consultative, strategic selling approach. You diagnose before you prescribe and focus on long-term value creation.
Demonstrate strong curiosity and business acumen. You can quickly absorb complex information and translate it into clear, compelling solutions.
Show resilience and ownership. You take accountability for results and remain steady through challenges.
Have a global mindset and are comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones.
Are willing to travel (approximately 20%) to strengthen client relationships.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most.
