Focus on the Southern Region, ensuring proximity, presence and responsiveness in support of stores;
Serve as the primary link between headquarters and operations, translating strategies into practical, day-to-day execution in stores;
Ensure commercial execution, sales and in-store training, working closely with local leadership;
Operate in a highly dynamic and complex environment, especially in categories such as perfumery with a large volume of SKUs;
Combine strategic and operational activities, interpreting indicators, making decisions and maintaining a strong field presence;
Navigate constant changes in the market, maintaining organization, clear communication and a results-oriented approach;
Develop strong relationships with store teams, regional staff and leadership to ensure alignment and engagement.

Completed higher education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent);
Reside in the Southern Region (SC, RS or PR);
Solid experience in store operations, preferably in leadership roles (supervisor, team leader or similar);
Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with store teams, regional leadership and senior management;
Dynamic, proactive profile with a sense of urgency, comfortable in fast-changing environments;
Organized and able to manage a high volume of information, priorities and simultaneous demands;
Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing strategic vision with field execution;
Team-oriented, collaborative attitude and leadership by example;
Full availability for frequent travel and for on-site work at stores across the Southern Region.
