Act as the focal point for the tax team, ensuring alignment and integration across team activities, serving as a technical reference and promoting collaboration and synergy among members;
Respond to external audits, providing required information and documentation accurately and promptly;
Respond to tax inquiries from regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation;
Study, analyze and propose tax planning strategies aimed at optimizing company resources, taking into account cash flow, utilization of tax credits and process efficiency;
Calculate and determine IRPJ and CSLL, ensuring the correct application of current legislation;
Prepare and file the ECF, ensuring quality and compliance with legal deadlines;
Support management in evaluating strategic scenarios, providing detailed analyses of the tax impacts of the Tax Reform and other regulatory changes;
Monitor and analyze legislative and jurisprudential changes, assessing tax risks, impacts and relevant opportunities for the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed;
Solid knowledge of tax legislation (municipal, state and federal) is essential;
Advanced understanding of tax ancillary obligations and their integration with strategic tax planning;
Experience calculating IRPJ and CSLL under the Lucro Real regime and preparing/submitting the ECF;
Accounting knowledge to understand the tax impact on financial statements;
Experience supporting external audits and responding to inquiries from governmental tax authorities;
