Design and implementation of the Employee Journey strategy with a focus on people and culture, including policies (Corporate Processes and Policies), experience frameworks, and learning strategies that drive internal mobility and team development and support business strategies; internal communications and internal events on culture and engagement topics;
Interface with Training, Development, and Communications teams, structuring knowledge and organizing the corporate team, and providing support to other areas of the organization;
Support Corporate Communications by proposing initiatives that strengthen corporate messaging aligned with business needs;
Map institutional initiatives in partnership with Business Units and follow up on requests with corporate teams, together with Consultants and Internal Communications, to ensure ongoing and improved communication with employees;
Lead engagement initiatives with Business Units to strengthen each unit's Corporate Education efforts;
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Specialization: Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in People Management, Leadership Development, Human Resources, or related areas.
Technological proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, strategic KPIs, and document management and/or policy management systems.
Preferred/Plus: Previous experience in Corporate Education delivering technical and behavioral training.
