8+ years in program management, GTM operations, revenue operations, product ops, or equivalent cross-functional leadership roles
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across senior stakeholders and multiple functions
Strong analytical ability—can connect disparate signals, define KPIs, and communicate insights with executive clarity
Proven track record of taking ambiguous problems, creating structure, and delivering outcomes
Experience operating with executive presence —clear narrative, concise communication, strong meeting leadership
