Lead the design definition of solutions for complex product problems, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and other teams to discover opportunities and prioritize improvements in the seller experience.
Conduct and support discovery activities, such as user interviews, data analysis, and journey mapping.
Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring clarity and quality in the experience.
Test product hypotheses through usability tests, experiments, and user validations.
Contribute to the evolution and consistent application of the Design System across the product.
Analyze product metrics and user behavior to guide design decisions.
Facilitate ideation and co-creation workshops with cross-functional teams.
Serve as a design reference within the team, mentoring other designers and raising the standard of design solutions.
Document design decisions and rationale to ensure alignment and scalability.

Proven experience working as a Product Designer in digital product teams.
Ability to work across both product discovery and delivery phases.
Experience with user-centered design and research methods.
Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma).
Experience with usability testing and hypothesis validation.
Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions to various stakeholders.
Experience using or contributing to Design Systems.
