Role Overview
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress
- Support the team in achieving goals and optimize workflow
- Provide continuous training to the team to ensure deliveries align with business expectations
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to manage dependencies
Requirements
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Ability to train the team in agile best practices
- Support the Product Owner (PO) in backlog refinement
- Ability to coach, mentor, and empower the team in agile practices
- Experience with tools such as Jira
