Role Overview
- Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies
- Coach the team on Agile and Scrum practices
- Remove impediments for the development team
- Assist with sprint planning and backlog management

- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders
Requirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on government IT projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with Agile project management tools, specifically Agility
- Knowledge of Momentum Financials
- Experience working in a government environment
- Active security clearance
