Will be responsible for managing a judicial consumer and civil caseload;
Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload;
Negotiating settlements;
Updating the firm's and clients' case management systems;
Procedural monitoring and case follow-up;
Other routine tasks related to the caseload.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association);
Law degree required; postgraduate degree in the practice area preferred;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience in Civil Procedure (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional conduct;
Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands;
Oral and written communication skills;
Reliability and consistent attendance.
