About this role

Implement and manage a quality management system that ensures continuous improvement of processes.
Develop and monitor performance indicators for Home Connect, identifying optimization opportunities.
Lead continuous improvement projects using agile methodologies and quality tools.
Analyze data and identify patterns to enhance process efficiency.
Prepare management reports and presentations for the executive team, communicating results and recommendations.

Advanced knowledge of quality management tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PDCA).
Experience in data analysis and dashboard creation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma tools.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
