Role Overview
- Analyze performance data and service quality indicators for the Home Connect service.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve service quality.
- Monitor the implementation of action plans and their results.
- Identify and propose solutions to service quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation of improvements.
- Standardize and automate KPI reports.
- Prepare materials for executive meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis and performance indicators.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ability to develop and monitor action plans.
- Familiarity with quality management tools.
- Advanced Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields.
