- Work with operators and subcontractors for efficient facility operations
- Assist in maintaining the Plant Operating Manual
- Coordinate with the EPC team and O&M team
- Review daily energy usage and provide guidance
- Manage the onsite O&M team's daily work
Requirements
- Willingness to learn processes and best practices
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering)
- 0-2 years of experience
