Generate hypotheses based on analytical data, customer journey maps (CJM), key business metrics, and lifecycle and loyalty metrics
Create business specifications with measured potential business effects
Launch experiments using classic CRM channels (email, app/web push, SMS) and on-product channels (pop-ups, banners, chats, etc.)
Analyze the results of the conducted experiments
Taking ownership of one of the business's most valuable CRM initiatives (increasing retention of high ARPPU clients, preventing churn, etc.)
Proactively interact with key stakeholders, product managers, UX teams, development teams, and data analysts
Initiating improvements to processes and products, launching new channels, and using unusual mechanics to achieve business goals.
Requirements
Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, and any BI systems
Understanding the main CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention rate, churn rate, unsubscribe rate, etc.
High level of knowledge and experience working with key business metrics: revenue, ARPPU, LTV, etc.
English level B2 or higher
Russian levek C1+
Experience with SQL would be a plus.
