About this role
Role Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction, Design, and Development teams
Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports for executives
Collect, review, and distribute department mail
Process invoices, check requests, and expense reporting
Maintain records related to payments, permits, and departmental expenses
Schedule and coordinate Investment Committee and department meetings
Prepare meeting materials, set up conference rooms, and track notes and action items
Answer and direct phone calls to the home office
Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment
Support department events, meetings, and milestone celebrations
Maintain and organize department files and SharePoint records
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2 or more years of related experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail
Strong follow-through ability
Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and support senior leaders
