About this role
Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Senior Brand Designer with a strong blend of performance creative and graphic design expertise.
You'll work closely with marketing specialists, understanding how design decisions directly impact their performance metrics and business results.
Deliver design solutions primarily for Spanish-speaking markets.
Design for paid advertising, social media, events, print collateral, and more to ensure we deliver communications that convert.
Manage stakeholder relationships, prioritize competing demands, and drive process improvements that benefit the entire team.
Execute all visual design stages
from concept to final project, managing multiple projects simultaneously with growing autonomy in day-to-day prioritization.
Edit, optimize, and produce high-performing video content specifically for paid ads and social reels.
Create scalable templates within our brand portal (Frontify) for digital assets
social media, ads, and email marketing.
Ensure consistency of design across different channels and platforms.
Use performance metrics and audience insights to inform creative decisions across all brand initiatives.
Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to colleagues in the team.
Identify and implement workflow improvements, efficiency gains, and AI tool integration to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand and performance creative work
Proven track record of creating high-performing paid social and digital advertising
7+ years of professional Brand Design experience
Hands-on video editing experience—from raw footage to final delivery, with a focus on content for ads and social media (e.g., reels, short-form video)
Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rates,..) and how design influences performance
Data-driven mindset with ability to iterate based on performance metrics and translate insights into actionable design improvements
Experience working with branding initiatives for a global enterprise encompassing diverse local brands
Strong background in successfully implementing branding guidelines and co-branding guidelines
Inspiring portfolio showcasing digital and graphic design, demonstrating measurable success in paid advertising creatives
Experience with Frontify or similar DAM/brand management platforms is a big plus
Top-notch proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
Great at problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to independently prioritize, negotiate deadlines, and manage expectations
Positive and constructive attitude.
Self-starter with proven ability to manage workload without supervision while maintaining high quality standards and being a great team player
Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows and proactively identify new efficiency opportunities
Fluent in Spanish and English, with professional experience creating design solutions for Spanish-speaking markets preferred.
