Shape how European label printers, brands and designers encounter and interact with the Avery Dennison brand
Lead an integrated creative approach across both physical and digital touchpoints
Ensure brand story remains consistent across various communication channels
Lead the visual execution of integrated product launches and campaigns
Source and/or art direct compelling imagery
Develop high-impact product literature, presentation decks, swatchbooks, and sales tools
Create dynamic packaging prototypes for launches and events
Create bespoke and modular branded environments for tradeshows and industry events
Act as a brand guardian, developing and maintaining robust design systems, guidelines, and libraries

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in brand design or a creative agency environment
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify creative concepts to stakeholders
