- Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight

Requirements
- Deep expertise in Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs)
- Strong experience in data conversion, migration, and data quality management
- Proven ability to design scalable enterprise architectures and integration patterns
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend, reporting, and custom solution development
- Exposure to AI/automation and modern data platforms to enhance Workday capabilities
- Strong client-facing presence
- Demonstrated ability to support business development by leading technical solutioning discussions
- Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and large-scale Workday implementations
- Experience with reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of security frameworks, data privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX)
