Intake and coordinate staffing requirements with business leaders for client engagements
Own and manage project staffing for assigned team by understanding project requirements and employee skillsets
Proactively build strong relationships with employees
Develop proficiency in the resource management planning tool
Prepare and distribute regularly utilization and forecasting analyses
Monitor pipeline, track demands from sold projects and participate in forecasting process
Escalate issues, as applicable, to RM Strategy Lead
Coordinate staffing needs for contingent workers with the Procurement team
Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality on sensitive employment matters
Participate as an active member of the Resource Management team
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
2+ years of related experience in resource management, HR, talent acquisition or staffing required; professional services experience strongly preferred
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with PowerBI, Visio, Smartsheets and SharePoint is preferred, but not required
Experience with Workday is preferred, but not required
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence quickly
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
Ability to think critically to resolve problems with creative and effective solutions
