Role Overview
- Build strong business relationships with management and contractor sales teams
- Increase sales through training with store associates
- Maximize product availability and sales potential
- Actively promote USG products in stores
- Seek innovative ways to promote USG products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Strong business acumen and professionalism
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills including presentation, professional selling and conflict resolution
- Strong relationship building skills with diverse groups
- Confidence through excellent public speaking skills
- Self-motivated with target-focused work ethic
- Effective time and scheduling management
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
- Familiarity with construction products and processes preferred
- Salesforce.com exposure/experience preferred
