- Handling inventory replenishment for the assigned region
- Maintaining and analyzing inventory parameters and data
- Placing purchase orders in the system
- Supervising and coordinating the supply of goods to customers
- Managing invoicing and monitoring financial reserves for transport and customs costs
- Close cooperation with customs brokers
- Prioritizing and assigning tasks to ensure effective use of resources
Requirements
- Experience in inventory replenishment and management
- Experience in warehousing processes
- Experience in purchasing
- Experience in shipping and transport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Dynamix system
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is a plus
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems
- Strong communication skills in Turkish and English
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in an international environment
