act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations
manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation
build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors
be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits and compliance
stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in Eastern Europe
review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation
guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure timely salary changes
act as SPOC for employees’ immigration/mobility needs
identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handover
drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes
lead efforts to standardize and improve HR practices locally & globally

5+ years of HR experience
fluent English and Polish speaker
deep expertise in Eastern European labor laws
strong working knowledge of employment regulations in Europe
experience supporting complex employee relations
exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
tech-savvy with AI tools, HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, and collaboration tools like Zoom & Slack
