Managing an assigned account base focused on the German broadcast and production market
Developing expertise in clearance and delivery processes across content partners to guide customers
Conducting sales discovery and identifying opportunities to support revenue growth
Liaising with content partner teams to ensure timely delivery across projects
Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships
Supporting invoicing and administrative processes tailored to the broadcast and production industry segment

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, archive footage, or a related field.
Preferred background in broadcast and production sales, archive research, or archive licensing.
Fluent in German, with the ability to confidently communicate with German-speaking customers.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet customer deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
High level of accountability and attention to detail, with a consistent track record of delivering accurate results.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.
