About this role
Role Overview
Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships within the relevant segment
Implement the sales strategy with a focus on growth and profitability
Achieve agreed order intake targets in terms of volume and margin
Independently conduct contract and price negotiations for technically complex systems and installations in accordance with the applicable DoA (Delegation of Authority) policy
Work closely and process-oriented with pre
and post-sales teams
Capture and analyze market, competitor and pricing developments as well as technical trends to identify and convert leads and to continuously improve product and service offerings
Identify and leverage internal cross-selling opportunities
Participate in the planning and execution of trade fairs and represent the company at customer events
Requirements
Degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Services/Plant Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in complex solution sales/plant construction; ideally in Building Solutions, Fire & Security
Strategic account development and implementation of sales strategies
