Lead the Business Unit’s quarterly and annual strategic planning processes
Partner with Workstream Leaders to develop and maintain comprehensive strategic roadmaps
Provide oversight and guidance to Workstream Leaders of the Capital Appropriations Process (CARs)
Partner with SPM Operations to prepare executive-level dashboards
Analyze data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with Workstream Leaders to validate the impact and pressure-test business cases
Review actual variances to bankable plan to identify underperforming initiatives
Continuously refine portfolio management processes, tools, and methodologies
Share best practices among Strategic Portfolio Managers

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or accounting or equivalent experience
6+ years combined experience in project portfolio management, program management or enterprise-level governance roles
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with senior cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strong commitment to developing others
Strategic consulting skills
Project management experience and team leadership ability
Project or Portfolio management certification encouraged such as PMP, Lean Portfolio Management, PRINCE2
Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management tools like McKinsey Wave
