About this role
Role Overview
Acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships within the relevant segment
Implement the sales strategy with a focus on growth and profitability
Achieve the agreed order intake targets in terms of volume and margin
Independently conduct contract and price negotiations for complex, consultative systems and installations in accordance with the applicable Delegation of Authority (DoA) guideline
Closely coordinate and collaborate in a process-oriented manner with Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams
Capture and analyze market, competitor and pricing developments as well as technical trends to identify and convert leads and to continuously improve product and service offerings
Identify and leverage internal cross-selling opportunities
Participate in the preparation and execution of trade shows and represent the company at customer events
Requirements
Degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Services/Utilities Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification
Many years of experience in complex solution sales / plant engineering; ideally in Building Solutions, Fire & Security
Strategic customer development and implementation of sales strategies
