You will be responsible for client account management and act as the main point of contact for your assigned clients or brands.
Plan and develop media plan as per brand objectives
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and needs, and acting as a point of contact.
Work closely with media execution teams to achieve the campaign goals according to media plan
Monitor and optimize overall online marketing activities for the best campaign performance
Co-ordinate with other teams, e.g business development and brand manager teams, on campaign concept, commercial mechanics, creative direction etc.
Ensure client’s satisfaction on our services, performance and build good relationship with brands
Provide marketing key learning to brands with data analytics and performance report
Managing onsite ads in Lazada and Shopee
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
4+ years (digital) marketing/e-commerce marketing experience, either working with e-commerce platforms or a marketing role in a media agency/e-commerce enabler/distributor
4+ years of experience in online marketing, digital marketing, project management, performance marketing, E-commerce marketing, Media planning, Optimize Ads.
Good to know ecommerce Marketplace marketing – (i.e. Lazada, Shopee)
Familiar with Google Ads
Experienced in media planning, setting, and managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, and negotiating with 3rd parties
Good in English (able to communicate in English and Thai)
Able to communicate directly with clients and demonstrate strong client-facing skills
Experience in tracking (e-commerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager)
Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics
Strong analytical skills with an excellent sense of data and numbers
Able to quickly adapt and thrive in a fast-paced start-up and e-commerce environment.
