Generate website copy, layouts, and structure using prompting tools
Customize websites based on customer information and preferences
Make updates and revisions to existing websites (text, images, layout adjustments)
Implement requested changes from customers in a timely manner
Maintain consistency across pages and ensure websites are fully functional
Review newly created websites to ensure quality, accuracy, and usability
Check for formatting issues, broken links, incorrect information, and layout problems
Apply basic design judgment to ensure the site looks professional and polished

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Website Specialist/Support, Web Content Management, Technical Support or other relevant role.
Familiarity with navigating backend website environments and understanding basic web elements (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
Ability to write clear, iterative natural language prompts to achieve specific structural and aesthetic results.
Proven ability to meet strict daily quotas/KPIs without compromising data integrity
High accuracy in identifying discrepancies across large datasets or multiple web pages.
Ability to commit to an initial 6-month engagement with a mindset for long-term growth as the team expands.
