Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed fuel volume and revenue targets within the Business Aviation segment.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and account expansion.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, including Directors of Aviation, Chief Pilots, Pilots, Schedulers, and Dispatchers.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial recommendations tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts in alignment with World Fuel policies, risk parameters, and prevailing market conditions.
Monitor industry trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to inform pricing strategy and sales tactics.
Partner closely with operations, logistics, credit, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding, execution, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity, forecasts, and customer interactions within CRM systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, Logistics, or a related field (MBA a plus) preferred.
1–3 years of experience in aviation industry experience.
Working knowledge of aviation fuel products, fueling operations, and supply chain logistics.
Familiarity with aviation terminology and business aviation operating environments.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office, and data‑driven sales tools.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
