Collaborate with internal sales specialists and global stakeholders to lead all commercial matters, including the negotiation of complex contracts and the creation of dynamic account plans that ensure long-term profitability.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance by monitoring revenue forecasts and interpreting contractual obligations to exceed service delivery standards for your assigned portfolio.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Senior Account Management role, ideally within Data Management, Software as a Service (SaaS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
Strong knowledge of information life cycle solutions, including Digital Solutions and Document Management, with a track record of continuous professional development.
Proven ability in senior-level stakeholder management, demonstrating high financial acumen and the ability to influence strategy within a complex matrix organizational structure.
Relevant industry expertise and a results-oriented approach to executing sales plans and meeting deadlines under pressure.
Experience of selling to Public sector/Central Government is valued but not essential.
