About this role
Role Overview
Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns), networking and social media outreach.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify target sectors and potential clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their localisation needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to stakeholders at different levels.
Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification through negotiation to contract closure, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
Collaborate with Operations, Project Management and Marketing to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for new clients.
Track and report sales activities, forecast pipelines and performance against targets using the CRM/ATS.
Keep up to date with industry trends, language technology and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for service development.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales, business development or account management; experience in language services or localisation is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
Comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office; experience with ATS or sales automation tools is beneficial.
Confident communicator with a professional, consultative approach to clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven and organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
