Leads and coordinates financial processes, providing direction, oversight, and review of financial transactions
Performs professional accounting work, including the preparation of financial statements
Analyzes and recommends solutions on complex accounting issues
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual comprehensive financial reporting packages
Interacts with Sr. Management on financial matters
Ensures financial reporting is in accordance with professional standards
Evaluates accounting processes and identifies solutions to ensure compliance
Provides technical guidance and training opportunities to junior staff
Develops financial reports and metrics to present to management

Bachelors degree in Accounting, or Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Six years of accounting-related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in spreadsheet applications and accounting systems
Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
Strong business aptitude, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of financial and operational planning processes and best practices
Clean credit history as reported by credit report
