You identify and structure R&D projects with respect to their eligibility for funding
You advise on suitable programs and tax instruments such as the research allowance (Forschungszulage) and accompany the application from the initial concept through to approval
You understand our clients' business in detail and actively advance it
You support our Business Development in client meetings as a technical expert
You work goal-oriented and consistently keep an eye on your KPIs and the deadlines for funding applications

You have a successfully completed degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences or similar)
You bring at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting or technical project management
You are not a theorist but a strong communicator, used to driving projects forward independently and at pace
Experience with funding applications is an advantage — crucial is your ability to present complex technical and scientific matters precisely and in a structured way
Fluent German and English
