Responsible for managing a block of customers with 2-200 enrolled employees
Collaborating with brokers and consultants to retain and grow the block
Develops strong personal and collaborative internal and external relationships to manage book of business
Accountable for building and maintaining strong relationships with producers/brokers
Determine concerns/barriers for retention of customers
Collaborates with account team members on more complex product or service issues
Offers creative product and service solutions to address client’s evolving needs
Monitors client’s product lines and services to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsible for the financial performance for assigned portfolio
Reviews and consultatively presents customer reporting with meaningful analytics
