Develop and maintain mutually-favorable relationships with Aetna International clients (plan sponsors and producers) through superior account service
Develop, maintain and retain consultative client relationships, effectively positioning our value-added products and member services in accordance with business development objectives
Partner with customers on their employee benefit strategies with regard to health and wellness programs
Balance strategic planning and tactical implementation
Communicate and present information to audiences at all levels, both internally and externally
Review, deliver and coordinate account renewal activities
Meet both virtually and, at times, directly with customers (prospective clients, plan sponsors, and producers)
Develop and maintain proficient understanding of the international employee benefit business environment
Provide input to product development areas as appropriate to ensure competitive products and services
Prepare required and special market specific reports within expected timeframes
Requirements
5+ years Healthcare industry experience
Multifunctional experience, e.g. Client Management, Underwriting, Sales, or Project management
Active Health Insurance and Life Insurance License
Must be able to Travel up to 30% (Possible out of state travel)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver outcomes and drive results.
