Requirements
5+ years of experience setting up, managing, and scaling paid acquisition campaigns.
Proven experience taking campaigns from early-stage launch through maturity.
Hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Google (YouTube and Search), and ad networks.
Strong understanding of channel-specific best practices and optimization strategies.
Creative sensibility with the ability to edit assets and contribute to copy and messaging.
Data-driven mindset with curiosity for understanding what works and why.
Strong analytical skills with deep experience using Excel and similar tools.
Highly organized approach to testing, reporting, and performance iteration.
Proactive, curious, and continuously learning mindset.
Ability to work hands-on and comfortably “in the weeds” of campaign execution.
