Role Overview
- Act as final point of escalation for counselor issues

Requirements
- 5+ years of corporate travel experience
- Expertise in complex international bookings and fare rules
- Expert level proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
- Prior experience in escalation support or peer coaching
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and operational dashboards preferred
- Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
