Requirements
Extensive Experience in Revenue Operations: 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field within high-growth SaaS or enterprise environments.
Expertise in Commission Management and Revenue Forecasting: Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing commission structures, as well as developing accurate and actionable revenue forecasts.
Board-Level Reporting Experience: Skilled in preparing and delivering clear, impactful reports and presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
Proficiency with CRM and Analytical Tools: Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization platforms, ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.
Leadership and Collaboration: Strong ability to influence and collaborate across departments, fostering alignment between Finance, Sales, HR, and Customer Success functions.
