About this role

Primary contact for Sungrow's Distribution Channel Partners within DACH region
Ensure channel partners receive necessary product and commercial information
Collaborate with clients to identify their challenges and align them with Sungrow's strategy
Develop value propositions and account plans based on customer insights
Monitor client performance and provide updates to management
Handle essential operational tasks like quote entries and managing reports
Address customer challenges and escalate issues when necessary
Visit channel partners in person and attend trade fairs

Higher education qualification or business-related studies with technical component
Proven experience in Account Management for several years
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and commercial skills
Proficient in German and English at C1 level; additional languages would be beneficial
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM software is a plus
Willingness to travel to visit clients regularly
