About this role
Role Overview
- report to the Manager of Regional Business Operations
- support the Regional Vice President of Sales in the Americas
- focus on sales tools, processes, reporting and analytics
- responsible supporting forecasting, the AOP process and quota planning
- creating and managing complex Excel models and reports
- providing reports on a daily/weekly/monthly and ad-hoc basis
- responsible for Sales Order mapping and splits in Tableau
- participate in Estaff Forecast review calls
- provide support to Sales team for MS Dynamics, Tableau, Anaplan
- track and follow up on actions from key meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or related fields
- Over 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations
- Over 2 years’ experience with CRM for sales pipeline/funnel management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Demonstrated experience using data to inform business decisions
- Proven project management experience
- Being proactive, able to work independently without direct supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Great communication skills in English (at least C2 Cambridge level)
