As an Account Manager for Cloud and Managed Services (m/f/d), you will be part of our sales team.
Specialized sales: Actively sell and promote our enterprise cloud platforms and cloud resources delivered directly from our data centers.
Managed Services solutions: Targeted marketing of our managed services, specifically tailored to the requirements of large enterprise customers.
C-level customer relationships: Build and maintain sustainable business relationships with senior decision-makers.
Needs analysis and solution design: Accurately identify customers’ specific requirements in enterprise cloud and managed services and develop tailored solutions.
Lead management: Generate and process leads, effectively positioning our portfolio to potential new customers.
Proposal creation and presentation: Prepare and present high-quality proposals in collaboration with technical and sales specialists.
Contract negotiations: Conduct contract and pricing negotiations with strategic skill.
Customer satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive account management and excellent service.
Event management: Coordinate and actively participate in industry events, roadshows and workshops.
Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams to ensure integrated solution delivery and customer support.
Requirements
Industry experience: You have solid experience in selling cloud technologies, preferably with a focus on enterprise solutions.
Communication skills: You demonstrate confidence and passion for innovative cloud solutions and their implementation in business processes.
Network building: You are experienced in building and expanding customer relationships at the highest levels.
Solution orientation: Your working style is goal-driven and solution-focused, while always thinking entrepreneurially.
Negotiation skills: You possess strong closing abilities and are experienced in conducting contract negotiations.
Language skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English are essential.
