Serve as an advisor to internal executives and client leadership on operational optimization, change management, and process.
Support the Operations Readiness Team by mentoring and guiding team members in their daily activities and project work, ensuring operational consistency, supporting process improvement initiatives, and facilitating communication across teams.
Provide coaching, quality assurance, and hands-on support for projects, while also implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
