Role Overview

• Leading and managing business operations within the school
• Development and implementation of plans, policies, and strategies
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support initiatives
• Managing teaching and administrative staff
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Developing and overseeing the Academic Improvement Plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years related professional experience
• 3+ years supervisory experience
• Missouri Academic Administration Certification
• Ability to clear required background check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.)
• Experience as an online/virtual educator
