As a Project Analyst, you will be a force multiplier for Corporate Strategy, providing centralized execution, reporting, and governance support across initiatives
You will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects for the Corporate PMO team
This includes creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting with our project management software, ticketing system, and policy & procedure document repository
You will work closely with the project managers and the PMO leadership team and function as support on various projects as you interact with the PMs, BAs, and SMEs
In addition, you may work with outside vendors to assist in scheduling demos and following up on takeaways, as is needed for an active project.
Requirements
1+ years of related experience in Project Management Experience or similar field
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including: sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services
Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
Entry level to intermediate Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Entry level to intermediate Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
