Lead strategic workstreams and projects across priority areas such as geographic growth, annual planning, specialty service expansion, KPI strategy & development, and clinician experience.
Translate senior leadership priorities into clear workplans, analyses, and execution roadmaps.
Build and interpret financial and operational analyses to evaluate opportunities, test scenarios, and support decision-making.
Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations.
Develop high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadership, including ELT and Board preparation.
Drive projects from concept through implementation, executing directly or coordinating work across analysts and cross-functional partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Background in a highly analytical role such as finance (FP&A), consulting, strategy, or investment banking is preferred.
Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Experience working closely with C-Level and other senior executives /leadership is required.
