About this role
Role Overview
You are responsible for partner onboarding, certification and ongoing enablement so partners can independently position, demo and sell FactFinder
You develop enablement content in various formats: videos, workshops, documentation, e-learning modules, playbooks and resources
You present to diverse audiences, both business and technical, and adjust your style accordingly
You drive partner maturity: more certified consultants, more active partners per market
You work with Partner Management to understand needs and set up enablement initiatives that improve partner performance
You enable partners for product launches (Alpha, Beta, Soft Launch, GA) with up-to-date positioning, demos, pricing and focused training
Requirements
Strong eCommerce expertise and understanding of product discovery (search, recommendations, onsite personalization)
3+ years of enablement, training or education experience and a track record of scalable training programs
Excellent communication: you explain technical and business topics clearly, including to mixed audiences
Experience with partner ecosystems and understanding of agency/SI business models
Content-creation skills across multiple formats (video, workshop, e-learning, playbook, documentation)
