Responsible for complex IT strategy and transformation projects within security-critical organizations
Provide consulting on topics such as cloud strategies, IT security, cyber security, IT sourcing and operating models
Manage projects at senior management and C-level
Lead, coach and develop consulting teams
Contribute to proposal processes, business development and thought leadership in the defense context

Several years of project experience in IT or management consulting, ideally focused on defense, the public sector, or other security-critical industries
Proven market access and network within the armaments or defense industry
Solid technical expertise in cloud strategy/governance, IT & cyber security, or IT sourcing/provider management
Strong consulting skills, strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience leading teams and projects
University degree in (business) informatics, computer science or a comparable field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent German and English language skills
Willingness to travel
